High School Flex Pass Training
In each High School Flex Training Session players will work in small groups on puck handling, vision, multitasking, passing, shooting, and quick starts. All sessions include instruction and supervision from a qualified Total Hockey Instructor. High School Training Sessions will be 75 minutes of high tempo skill development and all groups will be kept to a 1 to 6 instructor/player ratio.
This Program is reserved for players who will be playing High School hockey in the upcoming season.
