Flex Training
Training for skaters from the Squirt level and up - ages 9 and older
Mite Flex Training
Training for skaters at the Mite age level - 6 to 9 years of age.
High School Flex Training
Skill development and training for Players with High School Hockey eligibility.
Adult Flex Training
Training for adults who have never or are finished playing competitive hockey. (Adult recreation leagues are acceptable)
Drop In-Training - ALL NEW
Non-Instructed training for those already participating in one of our other programs
