All New Program for Adult Hockey Players
- 6 - 1 Hour on-ice training sessions at Capitol Ice Arena
- Mondays and Thursdays
On-Ice will include instruction on balance, edges, skating technique, and some in game strategy
- 3 - 1.25 Hour training sessions at Total Hockey of Madison
- Wednesdays
Off-ice sessions will include instruction on puckhandling, vision, skating, and shooting.
